I am a Senior Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford affiliated with the Department of Economics and Future of Development Programme at Oxford Martin School

I completed my PhD at the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

My research lies at the intersection of development and labour economics and political economy, with a particular emphasis on public organisations.

My research studies assignment design and early-career rotations in the civil service, using administrative data and field experiments in collaboration with government partners. MY CV 

At Oxford, I am a College Advisor at St Antony’s College, and in the Department of Economics, part of the "Political Economy" research group (coordinated by Prof. Jean Paul Carvalho).
